Telehealth Only Practice
We are a telehealth-only practice, which means all sessions are conducted online via secure video connection. We do not have a physical office for in-person appointments.
This allows us to:
- Serve clients across all of Australia
- Provide a more comfortable, accessible environment
- Eliminate travel barriers and waiting room stress
- Offer flexible scheduling options
Before Your First Session
Documents
Client information form and consent form will be sent to your email and needs to be completed prior to the first session.
Technology
- Test your camera and microphone
- Ensure stable internet connection
- Have a backup phone nearby
- Close unnecessary programs
Environment
- Find a private, quiet space
- Have water and tissues nearby
- Comfortable seating
